1) Black Bean Quesadillas + Carrots (I make my quesadillas with one white tortilla and one whole wheat tortilla to add more nutrients without changing the flavor much)
2) Oatmeal (regular or Overnight Steel Cut Oats) + Sliced Apples and Peanut Butter
3) Crackers and Cheese + Grapes
4) Cottage Cheese with Pineapple Tidbits + Toast
5) Bagels & Cream Cheese + Smoothie (Creamy Blueberry or Mango Orange work great)
6) Veggies and Pita Chips with Hummus
7) Yogurt and Granola + Sliced Pear
8) Bagels + Ants on a Log (celery with nut butter or cream cheese, topped with raisins)
9) Scrambled Eggs + Toast + Berries
10) Leftovers!!! (My personal favorite. My kids especially like Chicken Broccoli Parmesan, or Italian Orzo Chicken Soup.)
